This form should be used by adult members wishing to place yourself or your unit on a waitlist for an event or training.

  • If you have already registered for an event that is not sold out, please do not complete this form. Instead, please complete the Events - Request for Change to Existing Event Registration.
  • All requests will be processed in sequential order and in accordance with the number of spaces that have become available.
  • A member of our event staff team will contact you via email only if space becomes available for yourself or unit.
  • If you are contacted, you have two business days to confirm whether or not you are still interested. After this time, if no response has been received, in fairness to others who are on the waitlist, the spots will be opened and another unit/individual will be contacted.  
  • Payment is expected to be available upon registration.
