ON – Staying Connected Challenge submission form After you complete the Staying Connected Challenge activities, connect with Ontario Council by submitting the form below. Once completed, units in Ontario and Nunavut will be eligible to earn the crest for free* and you will receive a personalized letter from the Provincial Commissioners (sent to the email provided). Feel free to print the letter and distribute! Units outside of Ontario and Nunavut can purchase the crest. *Crest order Information: Upon completion of this form, an order for the Staying Connected crest will be placed on behalf of your unit. Please note that the number of crests per order is limited to the number of girls and adults on your unit roster. If you are placing an order for multiple units, please complete a separate order form for each unit. All orders placed will be shipped by Canada Post to the delivery address provided. Crests will begin shipping at the end of April 2021.
