This form should be completed by the Contact Guider for each LEAP 2019 patrol unit travelling to LEAP 2019 from outside of Ontario. The identified pick up location for all out of province patrol units is Toronto’s Pearson International Airport on Sunday, August 4^th, 2019.

Each patrol unit will be scheduled onto a chartered bus for transportation to Doe Lake Girl Guide Camp. The time slot for this will be based on the information you provide below. Likewise, transportation will be provided to return your patrol unit to the airport on Saturday, August 10^th, 2019.

Units planning to arrive before Sunday, August 4^th need to ensure that they are able to make their way to Toronto’s Pearson International Airport for pickup on August 4^th.
