Girl Program Event Support Request

  • Ontario Council will provide support to program activities outside the unit's regular meetings. Up to $50 per Guiding year (September 1 - August 31) is available to support the cost of user space rental required to conduct an activity.

    To be eligible:

    • There must be a minimum of 4 units participating in the activity (may be multi-branch)
    • Sleepover activities are excluded
    • Camping events are excluded as they are already covered through girl campership opportunities
    • Independent International & Interprovincial and National International trips are excluded
    • The request must be submitted at least one month prior to the event date
