Attend Area Council meetings on invitation and report to Area Council and the Area Council coordinator, as required. Meet deadlines. Advise Area Council Coordinator or AC Team, as appropriate, when unable to meet deadlines. Stay current with the Area Council Manual and other policies. Update internal processes as required. Prepare an annual workplan that aligns with the national and Area Council strategic plans Advisers: Communicate on a regular basis with area council and the appropriate ANY Council Coordinator. Hold committee as needed, on a schedule to be determined, and maintain minutes for meetings. Mentor committee members as required. Solicit, approve, and submit articles to Blue-Print, Guidepost and your Area website, maintaining current website postings. Manage and oversee the annual budget, ensuring event coordinators (where applicable) are aware of the budget and remain within budget.
